Company UTR - We have not yet received this. Please provide your Company Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR). 2. Director passport - Please send a clear copy of your passport for identification purposes. 3. Proof of address - Please provide a recent proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months). 4. VAT registration certificate - If your company is VAT registered, please send us the VAT registration certificate. Taj Accountants will send you the engagement letter documents separately for your review and signature. We will also arrange the direct debit mandate or invoice with you directly.
